Monitor Site Construction, plan, carry out and record pre-commissioning and 'live' Commissioning and related activities. Routine Inspection of installations and commissioning activities to follow standards and procedures. Prepare construction reports, collect data and witness key installation activities Interpretation & application of Instrument/ Electrical Engineering schematics, Plans, Isometrics, assembly drawings & piping instrumentation diagrams, and Instrument loops. Enforcing strict Health, safety and environmental awareness and follow-up with contractors. Maintain effective performance measures for all Instrument systems during construction. Shall follow and enforce the QHSE policy from the company. Qualifications Required: B Sc or any equivalent Qualification is preferred. HNC or Any Equivalent qualification is a minimum requirement. Libyan or International Driving License. Higher Level Certificate in spoken & written English is preferred. Experience Required: 10-15 years working in the refineries and onshore oil and gas sector in the following categories, Vast Experience in inspecting installation and commissioning of Water injection system, oil/gas separations, pumps, gas compression systems Well versed with interpretation of Instrument and Electrical Engineering drawings, Isometrics and P & ID's. Experience and knowledge in all Quality Control
procedures of Instrument and Electrical Installation of
Equipments. Experience with the use of international standards
and codes of practises, such as API, BS, BASEEFA, ANSI, and Intrinsically Safe / Flameproof equipment
requirements etc. Following and maintaining Contractor's job as per plan, resolving Contractors site installation problems, and witnessing erection activities. Good knowledge in Plant piping and static equipment
construction is a must and exposure to Turbines, Pumps and compressor control systems and erection procedures is preferred. Experienced in Electrical integrity testing, 'Cold' and 'Hot' instrument loop and 'hands on' commissioning activities, along with additional Instrument related testing procedures which may occur at site. Preparation of site modification requests, Non Conformity Reports, Technical Queries & Inspection Reports. Implementation of High Safety, Health and Environmental awareness with contractors and knowledge of Permit to Work' Systems Computer literacy: Microsoft Excel & Word. A high standard of safety awareness.
